Pair+gutter, 3b pot IP

HJ: $90.88
CO: $82.10 (Hero)
BN: $22.73
SB: $43.79
BB: $72.09
UTG: $23.65
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q T 8
UTG folds, HJ raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $4.70, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, HJ calls $3.20
Flop ($10.15) T 2 J (2 Players)
HJ checks, Hero checks
Turn ($10.15) T 2 J 4 (2 Players)
HJ bets $7.50, Hero calls $7.50
River ($25.15) T 2 J 4 K (2 Players)
HJ checks, Hero checks

sb plays 22\15 fold to 3bet - 22% (OOP,reasonable sample)

fold to cb 3b pot - 45%, c/r in 3b pot - 22%

what is flop best line? I consider check>bet as we c/r too often on this structure and cannot 3b-shove otf.

odds ott 30%, I decided that beside 9\K, A and even Q could be ok cards for SD-value and he shouldnt bluff into them too often + we could do smth w\ Ah blocker.

otr. mb one sees here thin value, but not me

I think betting flop is better because:

1) We cannot really represent anything with our nut fd blocker cause I doubt we ever gonna check behind with nut fd being >300bb deep.

2) We have pretty good equity + bluff potential even vs potsize raise.

As u played it - I dont see any other option on the turn. We cannot raise it since we represent totally nothing and we have too much equity to fold.

River: if blank one - I think we are folding to any bet and betting 50-60% pot if he checks (since 2nd pair is not a SD value we can dream about and we are representing overpair with it pretty clearly).

At this river I dont really see a valuebet, since I highly doubt he gonna c/c there smth worse than split.

I consider this: 2) We have pretty good equity to be strong argument against cbet - as if we goy air - we bet\fold fold and fine with it, if we have decent equity, like here and still have to fold if raised - it sucks.

what about nut blocker, its worth mentioning, as it makes his raising range slightly narrow, but not much else.

thanks for feedback
