overplaying bad DS hand OOP.

BU is well known to me reg. who plays:
26\21 wtsd 24, fold vs 3b in this spot - 35%, fold to cbet in 3b pot 54%, would be vs missed CB 33%
with given info I decided it cant be bad to 3b here. though, in general I dont 3b light here.
otf w\ gutter\BD and pair - I'm going for check-call. overall my c/call range in this spot probably unbalanced and weak, except I probably will c/call some naked FD vs non-aggresive villain who wouln't bet vs skipped cbet too much (like this opponent).
TURN. after he checks all made hand are out of his range and 6h doesn't change anything - betting to make him pay with draw and lay down weak tens, maybe unimproved QQxx or so 89xx type of hands.
RIVER doesn't change much as well, we're at the bottom of our range - bluffing is kind of mandatory here - to make him fold draws with better 1pair. we dont rep much, tho.
all in all - is the logic behind the play sound? any thought?
trying to be more aggresive and include more double\triple barreling lines into my game and sometimes not quite sure where in particular to pull the trigger otr and where not.
thanks in advance.

i understand your thinking and agree to it to some extent. I would probably bet bigger on the river. Often in these situations when someone has position they check behind to pot control with overpair, one pair type hands. I doubt a really strong made hand is not betting this flop or raising the turn so he has weak made hands, some draws or is giving up.
I think it is important to know what kinds of hands people are calling 3bets with when they do fold to some 3 bets. I see some players always call with any JJxx, QQxx, KKxx to set mine. And then when they hit a flop like this where they have an overpair they take this pot controlling line.
