1) Villain is a maniac 66/47, Ive 2x seen him stack off OTF with naked top pair 100bb deep, If we were 100bb deep I would have stacked off, but given how deep we are I didnt want to 3b OTF and then get raised again by a set. Do we c/c here and try to control the size of the pot? I guess whats makes this tricky for me are the stack sizes.
2) What do you think about turn play?

if we are to stack off vs reasonaly tight range OTF (28+:ss,78+:(69+,ss),22+,69T+:ss,9TJ:7+)
then we have 48% here

vs more maniak-like GII range
28+,28+:9J+,22+,69T+:(7+,ss),9TJ,Qss+:8+
we have 55% (mb the range still too tight for CO here)

overall, this deep, I think I like the play

I like playing this more passively. Since this guy is a maniac, he's gonna be bluffing a lot, and you can get lots of chips if you check/raise when you hit your flush. Maybe even just call instead of 3bet preflop? And just check call flop to bluff catch with KK and just draw to the flush with large implied odds vs the maniac ?

Yeah I started playing draws more passively in general and theres almost always somebody to pay off when I hit the flush or straight. I guess c/c OTF and c/r OTT if a spade comes is better in this case?
Also, I think semibluffing and bluffing in general dont work all that great at micros.
