OP w\gutter, 3way in sandwich

HJ: $50
CO: $90.87 (Hero)
BN: $40.21
SB: $54.23
BB: $29.40
UTG: $30.04
BU 48\2 86hands. 77% fold vs cbet
UTG 61\19, wtsd 26, passive
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 8 A A 3
UTG calls $0.50, HJ folds, Hero raises to $2.25, BN calls $2.25, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls $1.75
Flop ($7.50) J 2 5 (3 Players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $5, BN calls $5, UTG raises to $27.16, Hero raises to $88.62, and is all in

we need ~34%vs utg, I gave UTG OPs with FD some 3456, sets - and we're 38%

given we have BU left to act, is it worse shoving?

No way I'm folding an overpair, gutter, and backdoor nut flush draw here given villain's stack size and the money in the middle. Well played.

Hi. How do you get 38% equity vs UTG? I'm a PPT newbie but I ran a sim (for practice) with the range you indicated:

Ac As 8c 3s -- 29.98%

KK:hh, QQ:hh, 6543, 7643, 5432, JJ, 55, 22 -- 70.02%

Am I missing something? Is the range you used wider than this?

*Edit:

If we include J5 and J2 our equity jumps to 33.64%

i didn't gave him this many rundows (ended up with 3456 combos), but added AJ4 and J5 combos, as I consider he's more likely to raise made hands than draws, though it's extremely tough to create 'realistic' raising range for utg here
