Hey,

I'd like to open a discussion regarding playing the flop OOP as the preflop raiser.  The hand history above is from a session I played last month, and shows a typical situation: open CO with a fine hand, BN calls, and on the flop you hit some decent but marginal pieces.  Not excited to fold, not excited to c/c, but still good equity against his range.  I'm sure you've all seen many similar situations with different hands on various boards.

How do you guys approach this situation in general?

If that question is too open, then consider some of these:

* Which flop line do you prefer?

* How much does varying components in the hand or on the board change the preferred line?

* How much of it depends on opponent tendencies?

* Which boards would you always c/f with this hand?

* How do you play turns assuming both players put in a bet each on the flop?
