Hey guys, havent been active here in a month or so, been super busy....I played a hand last night and I'm not sure which option is best.

Live game, 1-2...5 bring in.  High only.  A loose bad player raises to 30.  He begins the hand with 1k.  A tight player goes all in for 100 total, a player behind him flats with 700 left.  I have 400 to start the hand.  My hand is 8 9 10 j with the 10 j spades.  Do you prefer to repot in this spot in hopes to thin the field, or flat?
