Start with a specific question that is of interest to you, and start digging. It's much easier to learn the use of software tools when you have a purpose. 

For example:

You have gotten a free flop in BB in a limped, 4-way pot. You flop low trips with J422 on a J J 8 board. Now it's interesting for you to know how often at least one of the others has trips-or-better.

Odds Oracle can give you that answer, if you provide reasonable input (your opponents' limping ranges). Now you have learned something. Next, do a similar calculation in a raised pot (the raise changes everybody's preflop ranges). How different are the results?

Next, generalize. With these numbers in mind, how should you play bad trips postflop in a multiway pot?
