Villain was playing insta-click actions, did not hesitate to call the raise flop and then pot size OTT

OTF i was willing to stack-off, and as I block both nut and 2nd nut FD I've decided to raise here because I think I wouldn't extract anymore from villain when a diamond hits, but at the same time I've struggled assigning him a range for someone over a sample of 7 hands who looked inclined towards a very aggro play style lol...
The turn card is for sure the worst run out in the deck, but I am curious about my line of thought here and apart from KK, what else could an unknown aggro villain could be playing like that?
