non nut FD+BDFD in 3BP vs AA

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $75.80 (Hero)
SB: $57.59
BB: $20.54
UTG: $91.01
MP: $54.71
CO: $53.40
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with J Q 8 A
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.75, SB raises to $5.75, BB calls $5.25, Hero calls $4.00
Flop ($17.25) T 4 3
SB bets $16.47, BB folds

Villain has 3bet twice over 650 hands, plays 45/8, so we can very easily assume that he has AA here.

Now this spot is kinda gross, we need 43% equity to GII, yet have only 40,5% against all AA combined.

Having no reads on his sizing (whether he uses a smaller sizing for AA+NFD or possibly AA with no spades (I see people doing a lot of weird stuff in these spots) this seems like a close-ish fold, which once we can discount AA+NFD/SNFD becomes an easy GII spot.

Do we fold and move on?
