Pretty much brand new to Omaha/PLO - so looking for advice on any street. I really struggle to know where I'm at post flop when I don't hit hard, especially OOP and against agro opponents.

H1: Is this even a good 3b pre? I think flop bet is pretty standard? Should I continue barrel on turn or check to induce bluffs?

I'm not in love with my hand when I get raised on the turn, but with the nut flush blocker and blockers to the A high straight is this a good spot to bluff catch? I figured I had one of the best hands here to bluff catch and this villain as I mentioned was quite agro and active.
