I'd strongly consider flatting this hand CO/BTN 120bb deep.  It plays pretty poorly in 4bet pots, and there is a fish in the BB who you'd like to encourage to enter the pot.

Not sure about flop.  I'm tempted to just say get it in b/c you have a wrap+overpair+bdfd, but I'm not positive that's better than calling.  I'll have to sim this spot and get back to you.  Just don't fold.

wel, not bad spot for me to practise little math, mine is always very raugh and approximate, but can give you a picture

I estimated your equity versus one set and one flush draw and it came to 27 percent , making it plus 5 percent wont change numbers anyway

0.27 x 73 -0.73x43=19.71-31.39 = -11.68 

 0.27 x 270 -0.73x120=72,9-87,6 = -14.7

First is EV on a call, second is if you decide to go allin . in both cases its minus
