Mistakes on the flop and turn

BN: $8.34
SB: $3.69
BB: $2.02
UTG: $6.31
HJ: $5 (Hero)
CO: $8.09
Villain plays 22/15 with 2.3 3-bet% and AG=1.6 over 152 hands
Preflop ($0.07) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K K 3 7
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.17, CO calls $0.17, BN folds, SB calls $0.15, BB folds
Flop ($0.56) 3 Q 8 (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.27, CO raises to $0.90, SB folds, Hero calls $0.63
Here i decided to bet, with TP and 2nd nut flush draw which i think is pretty standard although i'm not sure about my bet sizing, what do you think?
When he re-raises i put him probably on sets, 2P or a combo of FD with straight draw. Against that range i would be a 41.6% underdog.
So do you think i should have gii on this spot or was better to just call and evaluate on the turn?
Turn ($2.36) 3 Q 8 7 (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.70, Hero raises to $3.93, and is all in, CO calls $2.23
I think that this was my biggest mistake on the hand, given that i decided to call on the turn this would probably be a fold, and to shove the flop was a better spot.
PS: I was quiet tilted when playing this hand
