lead flop is best play? turn bet sizing?
I decided to rep the FH, think its more believable with ~1/2 bet then 2/3 or more + if he had draws we get better prise on bluff.
any thoughts?

Both leading and x-shoving flop are fine. Ott i would be probably x-calling instead of leading though. You would give your hand away if you bet-call turn, but x-calling you would keep you range wide.
River is intersting. If you wanna bet you should bet more because his range is not polarized. I mean against range that include either naked draws, or monsters, it's a clear small bet. But he's having alot of medium hands with pairs, AA, QQTx. Meanwhile you represent pretty polarized range here: fh or missed draws with your weak bet. It's a call for his Kx, AA, even for QQTx.
You should be leading flop here as you would with your sets multi-way.
When you check you pretty much CAP your range and can't really rep anything on the turn. Because of this you have to check turn as well imo.
As played the 8 changes nothing and you rep maybe K8 or J8, the rest of your range is missed draws and should be an easy call for the hands nurmix described.
3-bet pre imo. As played, lead the flop. Not sure what to say about the play after that, because the mistakes early in the hand kinda got you into this weird spot.
I think he has J8 with a flush draw the majority of the time.
or a 8 with a flush draw that got lucky on the river.
I bet he has a J high flush draw with either a pair or two pair...
and you gotta 3bet ip with Ace suited and blockers ip. also, gotta lead flop and bet 3 streets.
