Micro bet into a very wet board

HJ: $143.30 (Hero)
CO: $268.90
BN: $21.50
SB: $62.45
BB: $100
UTG: $40.25
This is rush game. Do not have may notes on the villain, but stats suggest he is loose and aggressive, playing 46/24/8.2 with an AF of 4.5 over 250 hands
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J 9 A K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3, CO raises to $10.50, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $7.50
Thoughts on calling the 3-bet here? Given 8% 3-be frequency, I feel aces are not a great part of his range + given the nutty components, I feel this is a straightforward hand to play, even OOP
Flop ($22.50) 8 J 7 (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $3, Hero calls $3
obviously a scary board, but given the bet size, it is very unlikely he has the straight here (this was probably a misclick, although I have seen players do this to shove after a raise).
Turn ($28.50) 8 J 7 9 (2 Players)
Turn brings me the second pair so I now have top two, nut spade and straight draws. I am quite certain that I have the best hand here but what is the best line to take? My first choice would be to bet/call as I would never check a straight on the here given the second club on board. The result is that it gets rid of all his bluffs (he can fire a big second barrel after my flop call) and also sets, which I am behind.
Is checking an option here? He has a 91% cbet frequency on turns, so likely that he would fire a second barrel and if he does, do I call or raise?

As always, thoughts on all streets very welcome.
Thank you in advance.

I think pre is a flat vs that 3b range, though it's kind of close given you cut his AAxx/KKxx freq in half w/ your blockers. I wouldn't mind a 4bet vs some.

Flop, I think calling is best given the sick pot odds he's laying you. Plus this bet is a little weird and I'd like to get to SD here if at all possible to get an idea of what he's trying to do w/ this bet.

Turn I'd just check/call again and make some decisions on rivers. I don't think it's necessary to lead Tx+ on the turn, simply because a) that opens you up to getting exploited pretty hard when you check and b) over half of the river's change the texture and you'll have to check/guess very frequently and likely get outplayed a bit. Also if he's following through on turn 91% of the time, your doing really well vs that range and with spades,J,9 covered, I think there is more value from his future air combinations on rivers, rather than leading or ch/ring turn to protect.

vs this bet on the Flop I would raise Pot. I don't see him betting this small with nuts here, because you have the Nutflush and the Second Nutflush in your hand. Also you have a 9 in your hand. That shrinks his Straight Combos and you have a J as well. I don't see him 3Betting Preflop 88xx , 77xx.

As Overbet56 said, flatting and 4betting preflop is both fine.

I dont see much value in raising. Your actually shutting out hands that are worse then yours and will only get action from sets+straights basically. His weird size is just that, weird, but still if you just call, you can keep in lower flushdraws and worse hands basically.

On turn, I would problably check and re-evaluate depending on his betsizeing on turn.

I agree with the x/c ott and re-evaluate for two main reasons.

1) with 3bet >8 this is a board that hits villain pretty hard and him having a straight is pretty likely (his micro bet otf not meaning much at all)

2) even against dry QT ott we have ~30% equity and we are not very likely going to be bluffed otr on this kind of board. Most villains will go for showdown with mediocre SD value hands. Of course there might be an occasional 3-barrel in there, but then again, there will be occasional nuts for us on the river to make that "hero" call ;)

I like calling a 3bet, we are OOP but should flop dominating draws a ton. Then we flop the world, and the opponent gives us a chance to raise flop for value. I think I'd do just that, he should peel enough dominated hands, and those he folds will often have decent equity against our one pair. And I don't see the minbet/raise pot line nearly enough to worry about it in such spots. If he is still there on the turn, I'll fire another one.

As played, we totally turn our hand to a bluffcatcher, so check-call and decide on the river.

On a side note, I really doubt anyone (apart from the very top regulars of PL1k+) can show a profit on PL100 playing with 46 VPIP, so treat this guy as an aggro fish.
