Loose Opening Range from EP...how to react

A reg in the games I am playing in(6max) is opening 25% from utg. He is willing to 4b wider than AAxx when he suspect he is getting messed with. He mass table.

How do I adjust to this loose utg range?

I think I remember Phil in one of his videos mentioning a similar situation and said that you don't need to adjust. By opening too wide he is going to be in -EV spots if you keep you ranges the same as if he were opening a tighter range.

I feel I should be flatting more marginal hands on the button and floating and/or bluff raising more flops.

I don't know if I should be 3b a wider range. And if so what type of hand should I include?

Get deep with him and 3-bet him wide imo  :)

Not crazy wide or anything, just whatever you'd 3-bet against any other 25% range.

Hands that you normally may not want to 3-bet against an UTG opener do become fair game now.  I don't know if you normally like to 3-bet hands like JJ98 or AKQ8 -- hands that don't do so well against AA heavy 4-bet ranges but are fine otherwise -- now they suddenly may do reasonably well.  (add suits and things as appropriate obv.)  So I don't know if it's so much about widening your 3b range, as it may be about not tightening it.

I'm not crazy about flatting all that much wider though.  It's not just you and him at the table, and it kinda invites the blinds to do silly things.

Oh, and do make careful notes about the exact hands that he opens UTG whenever you see a showdown. But this is kinda obv I guess.

I love light UTG opening range villain's they make plo so easy.

I'd 3bet him with any AKQx AK10 AQ10 one suited hands, 3 card wraps+

they just play extremely well against light utg openers ip. also, i'd 3bet with Ace suited 3 card wraps alot.

3bet with KKxx king suited.

You don't need to adjust anymore than when you play btn vs co that opens 25%. Also you cant expand your flatting range too much on the other positions anyways.
