LIVE - KQJT on Q56o 5way as preflop aggressor

I'm playing in a 2/2 live game with a lot of action and generally weak opponents.
Hero is MP1, has KQJT with the Q suited and raises to 40 in the real life straddle, 4 guys call.

Flop comes Q56, I have backdoor flush and straight draws and the pot is about $200.

It is checked to me, one player behind me.
My question is: Is it profitable to bet pot here to steal the pot? I'm assuming my hand is getting perceived as AAxx, and any pair will call - i dont have AQ, but im drawing live against AQxx - am I guessing wrong that my opponents would open fire with any kind of set here?
Are my backdoors enough?

I'm happy for your input!

stack sizes are important here, but I like check fold, unless you have 1 SPR or less, and even then I think check fold is still reasonable. five ways at least two people always smash the flop.

Not necesserily. CR a multyway pot with super strong holding on a flop is not rare nor wrong.

Why you think they put you on AAXX? You open after some limpers and got multiple calls.
