Live 9-handed, Nut-boat vs Station on River.
Game plays sb-bb-Straddle,
Hero(UTG) 4x with KKJTscch, gets 7 calls. We are 250 bb's eff pre with table.
F: 33Qr(32 bb's) x-around
T: Qx, x-around again
R: Kx, Station(sb) snapleads for 32 into the field, all fold to Hero?
What size to raise? He bet it like the K helped him, K3/KQ mostly, Dont ever expect him to fold a full-house if I raise. Do we go bigger and target them or smaller and hope he cant fold Q/3?

Id target smaller. 3 should have lead out on the flop being 8 handed, so it mostly isolates to Q combos. With you blocking K and 3 not being in his range, I would keep the raise relatively small in order to force a "sigh call" from villian. If they full repot or come back over the top, you may even be able to put them on 33xx or qqxx hands.
