5-5 PLO

a bit of information; CO and SB are both very loose. SB calls too much with marginal draws and mediocre showdown hands. CO is overly aggressive barreling away with over pairs no draw, gutters etc. if i were to put VPIP/pfrs, SB is playing 75/20 and CO like 90/50. SB is stuck almost 6k and CO is stuck 4k (additionally, spewed a 5k stack earlier)

i have no clue whats best here and was hoping if someone more experienced with these situations would be able to offer some insight

UTG raises to 20, UTG+1 calls, MP calls, CO raises 80 to 100, i call OTB AsJh9s5h, SB calls, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP calls

flop (500) 9d 5c 3d

check, check, check, bet 350, i raise pot to 1550, SB calls, fold fold fold, call

turn (5150) Qs

check, check, all in for 2850, call, call 

i think the way the hand played was probably correct but are there any alternatives to the flop and turn play that I'm not thinking about? my thoughts, i raised flop for value and to make things simple because their ranges are so wide. pf call was because of the suited ace. raise smaller on flop? call flop? are we jamming 100% of turns when checked to? we call 100% if bet into on diamond? 3? with ranges being so wide for the other 2, i can't ever see folding
