Limping a lot when fishes on your left

I start to plan limping a lot in low limits Omaha. Do you consider it as a good solution?

I have leak building pots OOP and then I have to give up. I guess I c-bet too much thinking, that villains should fold more. Hasn't really happened. Many weak players in Omaha fold less than 20% from blinds so there are often combined chance for a steal much less than 10%.

Lets say we have a hand like KT98 single suited on the button with two huge fishes on the blinds. Do we really want to build the pot preflop when there are no fold equity? Fishes don't respect enough c-bets (They fold between 40-60% after check while good regs fold around 70%.) In holdem villains often respect our c-bets more, so we benefit from c-betting villains out from their equity. Betting villains out of equity on PLO low limits seems to be hard and too often needs multiple barrels (which get too costly)

I did see one decent player from lower limits who just pretty much openlimps everything. He has nice winrate, low variance and I guess many easy decisions too.

In my research the initiative against fishes at low limit PLO is worth of nothing and when I am not careful, it becomes very expensive quickly. Fishes just don't respect the initiative. That is useful, when SPR is high (limping).

Against tougher villains I need then balance my limping range by limping also strong hands. Against weak players I guess I can raise hands with equity advantage vs calling ranges and limp the rest.
