Hey community,
What puzzles me on this hand is Villain's 2nd barrel for close to pot, and the fact that we hold a flush draw and a diamond, reducing the combinations of FD he could be barreling with, and the fact that we don't block any pair from the board, meaning he would tend to be more weighted towards value betting two pair or a set.
How would you play this hand here, mainly on the turn (check/call or check/jam) and on the flop?
Thanks a lot :)

Check-Call on turn. I don't see a lot of fold equity vs player who 2-barrel against 2 opponents. Most likely two pairs + kind of hand. Better just call and hope that we hit and get paid then.
I would ship all flushes even despite reversed implied odds if there is A-flush against.
fold the flop
First off OTF I think it's a little closer than what would be assumed about that spot due to the possible reverse implied odds of basically drawing to a marginal hand MW. I think your overall equity is good enough to call on the surface, but is our visibility good enough to realize that equity? I think I may just fold as a default OTF, but I've seen enough from lower stakes populations to assume that the 3rd player in this hand could actually have worse FD's possibly making a call okay. It's not a slam dunk call by any means IMO though MW due to poor visibility and I think call can be correct based on reads on the player/population. I think as a default I may just fold though due to not knowing if the FD is actually live and on that texture MW I think with reasonable opponents we may be drawing to the 2nd best hand too often. HU I'm 100% continuing.
However, as played you can x/c OTT with the 3rd player folding. I think without fold equity as was alluded to already it's just a standard spot to see a river with likely around 40% vs his barreling range.
I like bet/fold a lot more than check/call on the flop.
I'm wondering why you chose not to cbet. (I'm not suggesting you 100% needed to; I'm just curious.)
