3 bet jam here? We block Q's and T's. He's ahead with 66. He may have similar range as ours, then a 3-bet must be best?

Since I didn't 3-bet flop I run the risk of a turn check behind. Thought I was ahead in the hand. Turn seems as an easy x-raise when we get the chance. I don't know how I could miss it? Have been watching a lot of Phil's videos and as usual when I'm learning I mix stuff up and mishandle the lessons I should have learned to the extreme. One thing I'm focusing on now is c-betting less.

Here I was just tilting, should never be in this spot
- I wanna raise this hand somewhere, correct?
- When do I raise?
- If I just call the flop, do I lead the turn? He should be proned to check behind
Thanks
PS Is there any way to put the results in a spoiler?
