KQJT on QT6r HU vs BU flop raise

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $6.86
SB: $4.56
BB: $5.25
UTG: $5.00
MP: $5.00 (Hero)
CO: $16.73
BU is 24/19/5 220 hands
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is MP with T J Q K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.17, CO folds, BN calls $0.17, 2 folds
Flop ($0.41) T 6 Q
Hero bets $0.27, BN raises to $0.75, Hero calls $0.48
3 bet jam here? We block Q's and T's. He's ahead with 66. He may have similar range as ours, then a 3-bet must be best?
Turn ($1.91) T 6 Q 3
Hero checks, BN bets $1.49, Hero calls $1.49
Since I didn't 3-bet flop I run the risk of a turn check behind. Thought I was ahead in the hand. Turn seems as an easy x-raise when we get the chance. I don't know how I could miss it? Have been watching a lot of Phil's videos and as usual when I'm learning I mix stuff up and mishandle the lessons I should have learned to the extreme. One thing I'm focusing on now is c-betting less.
River ($4.89) T 6 Q 3 5
Hero checks, BN bets $2.35, Hero calls $2.35
Here I was just tilting, should never be in this spot
  1. I wanna raise this hand somewhere, correct?
  2. When do I raise?
  3. If I just call the flop, do I lead the turn? He should be proned to check behind

Thanks

PS Is there any way to put the results in a spoiler?
