KK92ds 3b pot, What's our strategy in this spot?

Villain is 25/9, opening 26% of buttons 6 handed, fold to 3b 8%, 4b range of 2.7% of hands. Postflop he's definitely on the creative and capable side and tends to call me down very light. My image is probably bad at this point.

Eff stacks 100bb 4 handed.

CO folds, BTN raises to 3.5bb, SB folds, Hero 3bets Kh2hKd9d to 11bb, BTN calls

Flop 7s6s3h (22.5)

Hero?

So, I feel like this is a spot where if I have this hand in my c-bet range, I'm just going to get abused by this player. So, one viable strategy could be to ch/ca flop and ch/shove or lead(don't think we can ch/ca with turn SPR) heart,K,3,4,7, maybe 9 turns(non spade ofc), ch/f the rest. So, 11+3+2+2+2+1=21/45 turns. Also I think there will be times where he does let me showdown my hand or lets me see some turns and rivers for free.

Thoughts? Specifically on the cards I'm choosing to continue on and fold on.
