You're doing fine against his folding and calling ranges, but not well at all against his c/r range.  It doesn't look like a card he should c/r very often, but also doesn't look like a card he should be folding on very often.  You could bet, but it totally sucks when you get check-raised because you have too much equity to be totally happy about folding, but probably not quite enough to call.

Since you're also not really dominating his calling range, I think checking this turn is the better play.  Betting increases variance but probably doesn't achieve all that much else.
