Is this bluff burning money?

Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with 8 K 4 Q
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.35, BN raises to $0.90, SB folds, BB calls $0.80, Hero calls $0.55

BB checks, Hero bets $0.90, BN calls $0.90, BB calls $0.90
Turn ($5.45) 5 3 4 6
BB checks, Hero checks, BN bets $3.90, BB folds, Hero raises to $11.11 and is all in, BN calls $6.10 and is all in
River ($26.56) 5 3 4 6 9

Villain is 22/11/3 from 1100 hands. He is capable of folding and plays overall very tight postflop. I have quite a big polarity advantage on this turn . The Question is : do you guys think he will fold 54% of the time to make this play profitable?
Is the c/r on the turn not so believable?

I'd fold preflop before I opened.
I'd fold preflop to the 3bet
I wouldn't lead the flop. If you really want to bluff, better to check/raise.
I wouldn't check/raise the turn when villain bets so large. Villains never fold when they do and usually have you crushed.

I guess your hand is pretty weak. You can try a steal, but once you get caught, time to dump it in the muck.
