Is this a little too frisky? 10/20 HUPLO

BB: $3818.49 (Hero)
SB: $2000
10 hands in SB is a regular. Seemed aggressive so far. Previous hand I quartered him in a 3B pot where it was a flip on the flop.. he was betting quite fast and I thought he might be tilted.
Preflop ($30.00) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt Q 3 A 8
SB raises to $60, Hero calls $40
Flop ($130.00) Q 4 9 (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets $79.66, Hero calls $79.66
Turn ($289.32) Q 4 9 3 (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets $220, Hero raises to $938.82, SB calls $718.82
River ($2166.96) Q 4 9 3 K (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets $921.52, and is all in, Hero calls $921.52
Final Pot
SB has J 4 T 7 Hero has Q 3 A 8 SB wins $3999.50

What do you think of the turn c/pot? 10 hands is too small of a sample to form any reads and I can only assume at best that he's tilted from the previous hand by his bet timing.

My thinking during the match was that a turn c/pot is a better option than c/c because we have a hand that is quite vulnerable with a backdoored flush redraw. Unfortunately, villain still has 46BB behind and can play quite well on the river when he calls.

After seeing results, it would seem as though my turn c/r was correct because he incorrectly bet the turn with a marginal hand that plays horribly against a c/r; however, I can sometimes form reads prematurely and get myself caught in tough spots because of it.

Am I FPSing? Should I just click the middle button and not be over aggressive?

Appreciate all your thoughts.
