Is this a fine 'get it in spot' on the flop, or am I in bad shape against sets/better flush draws?

It's a fine spot, maybe not a great one. It's hard to imagine any reasonable range that has you crushed, so you probably have a limited downside on average. At the same time, you won't really be dominating any draws yourself either so you have a limited upside as well. One complicating condition is that it's 4-way on the flop. The hand is good enough to get it in against any single one player, but if you get it in against two or more you can actually end up being dominated in multiple directions in a way that completely crushes you.
Question is whether you can profit more from just calling the flop. I think it's possible, but it will put you in some difficult spots on the turn and the river.
You should always compare the profitability of all your options, not just look at whether it's a slightly better than break even gii spot.
