Is PLO micro 2nl-25nl very soft?
I've made a semi transition to PLO from NLHE where I've been beating 2nl,5nl,10nl and PLO just seems incredibly soft at these limits. E.G. People GII with 8 high flush draws, people can't find the fold button on 2 tone straight boards with bottom set.
Only played 6k hands so far but I've been GII good 95% of the time and I would take a guess that I'm winning around 25-30bb/100 over this small sample. Using some maths it's likely i'm a winning player even with such a small sample.
Anybody else having this experience?

Yep the field is soft! Tons of calling stations and loose players that play bad post-flop... I find it harder to achieve certain bluffs because of that but eh, no need to bluff when you can double up each time you have a made hand lol
2plo and 5plo regular tables are really soft , I would say that at some points of the day there are like 4-5 spots on a 6max table and lot of guys just playing everything from tablets and smartphones, 10plo is soft as well but the fish ratio starts to decrease a little bit but still really good , dont know about 25plo . Just play a solid game and don't really try to make moves and bluff good spots with blockers etc against constant calling stations because they will just call with bottom 2 pair etc ... play a solid and value game
Yes, I'm here
What does "nl" in the subject stand for? ~curious~
I think it should be PL (pot limit) or PLO as nl stands for No Limit and refers to nl holdem most of the time
yes, but that you still won't beat it without good fundamentals and hand reading ability
I did find nlh micros to be soft after I made my study. And that does not include much experience after it will be still more soft. Players do not just lose money because of bad technique; too loose, too tight, not in balance but also because of the lack of experience. The nlh mistakes are often bigger. One has more control than one has in plo and limit poker where there are more often little possibility but just pay them off one way and the other. If someone runs really good, one might be able to duck much of it at nlh. I am on green on my 10 to 25 scores compared to plo where I just generate rake (if no rakeback), counting out stars that has a lower plo micro rake.
