Hi! Fairly common spot. I think flop is std. Now the turn: if I check, I basicly give up and he can bluff me out almost any river. I assume he calls flop with j+,456+,7+:45+(pair+ GS), on the turn I think he calls with 87+, or with FD against a 87+ range I am vlue owning myself but he will have 87+ 30% of the time , and at the same time I get value form FD s and I fold out hands that have decent EQ vs me. And not to mention that I somewhat protect myself from being bluffed out on the river. So I would give 7 points to the turn barrel and 4 points to check back. (out of 10 obv :D )
