Interesting hand against solid reg 50PL

So my pokertracker just reset, and i could't find the hand on the replayer . I remember the hand well though.
Villain btn 50$ (100bb)
Hero Sb 50(100bb)
Dealt to hero Qs Qd 5s 2d
Everyone fold's to villain who opens btn 1.50$
Hero raises to 4.50$ BB folds, villain calls
(Pot 9.50$)
Flop: Ac Qc 9d
Hero cbets 5.50$ Villain calls
Pot 20.50$
Turn: 6c, Hero checks, villain bets 10$ hero calls.
Pot 40.50$
River: 3d, Hero checks, Villains Goes all in for 30$ Hero calls.
Villains shows J10o, xx

Pretty interesting spot i think, because the way i played it, It seems very likely for me to show up with aces here. And that was what i though he thought. when i c/c The club turn it seems even more like top set. And when he bets half pot and gives me the right price to draw i thought it was pretty weird if he had a flush there. For me it looked more like he was loading a bullet to jam the river if the board doesn't pair. I'm pretty sure this guy never would jam a flush here against top set. so when i tanked for a while, the call made so much sense and was pretty confident when i clicked call.

What do you think? Anything i missed or have a comment, Go ahead :)
