Interesting 10 PLO situation

NL Holdem $0.1(BB)
CO ($10)
BTN ($15.22)
HERO ($20.98)
BB ($2.55)
HJ ($10.53)

Dealt to Hero 8c Qh 8h Qs

HJ Checks, CO Folds, BTN Calls $0.1 (Rem. Stack: 15.12), HERO Raises To $0.50 (Rem. Stack: 20.43), BB Folds, HJ Calls $0.45 (Rem. Stack: 9.98), BTN Calls $0.45 (Rem. Stack: 14.67)

Flop ($1.75) 6s 8s Qd
HERO Bets $1.13 (Rem. Stack: 19.30), HJ Calls $1.13 (Rem. Stack: 8.85), BTN Folds

Turn ($4.01) 6s 8s Qd 7d
HERO Checks, HJ Bets $3.84 (Rem. Stack: 5.01), HERO Folds

HJ wins $7.68

I folded because I block myself so much, that the river card will most likely be a bad one in my situation. The villain I am up against is a bit of a maniac and could easily holds 3b calling ranges that match this board(mid-high straights) I didnt really like the fold, only because opponent is maniac it may not pay off to call this everytime.

I think I should bet maybe 45-60% pot on turn, but villain is known to jam any decent STD draw/flush draws.

edit: I ran some potential hands in the stove, it looks like I can could be
a) 65/40
b) good% of the time im about 50/50
c) if im dominated(hit straight) im anywhere 30-20% equity

I think you need pretty good reads that villain is super aggresive to not fold this in plo 10. From my experience when people don't pot on turn they are actually leaning more towards nut hands. 2pair + gut shots and bluffs pots it there.
