Button and BB are both loose-ish over a small sample.

I think this is a defensible if optional CO open. When BB 3bets, I fold if we're only 100 BB deep, but blocking AA and KK and thinking I can get flushes paid off, I call.

Interesting flop, as it played out. BB checks and I decide to fire having caught bottom pair and a backdoor NFD. I like having good bet/fold candidates like this for balance.
Having raise/called preflop, I also figure to have a range advantage over BB, but BTN may be the one who actually hit this flop. Especially once they call. (BB folds, so if nothing else I bought out their equity. Minor success.)

My heart dreams die on this 3s, and I think a turn bluff is not a great idea against BTN's flop continues. But when they check it back I'm kind of confused. Straights with no clubs would usually bet, right? And big club draws might semibluff, too.

Well, it's either bluff or give up.
Other than the 4c in my hand, I unblock cc draws. I also unblock JJ/QQ, which may have called the flop. And my 9h blocks 98, and it's just so hard to imagine button taking this line with other straights or straight draws.
So is this a good bluff candidate? Obviously our showdown value is almost zero, but this pot is big so it may take a shove to credibly represent 98 (which we fortunately can; 3s didn't help 98 so a check fits that narrative).
