HU vs fishy aggro bluffing maniac:: "tough" spot hand reveal

FTP HU PLO $20 CAP $0,25 $0,50.
Hero is playing vs player from Germany ( they r usually as good as in football this year).
Hero bought in $40 as villain had $20. It was one-way street. I was winning $20 after $20 and villain
was rebuying $20 more each time reaching 0,00. I climbed to $220 but decided to play on... Why?
Because he seemed to me not so good although he showed some bright side. He plays IP strongly and folding often when playing OOP. I figured out he plays high pairs ( must have made transition from holdem recently).
He remained with $7 and made comeback to $80! Several consecutive double ups.... He remained with cca $72 and continued to play very aggro style.

the hand

H ($150): QdJ89d
V($72)

H bets 1,50, V bets 4,50, H calls.

flop ( $9): Kd8d4c

V bets $6,5, H calls.

turn ($22): 3s
V bets $19,5, now H is in tough spot. I don't know what to say now.... It's fold and pretty cold one (in the vacuum).
Also, I don't know whether I could re raise flop (I think I could ), but knowing opponent is capable for big bluffs - I just gave him opportunity to make mistake on further streets by just calling flop.
He could have KK, 44 hands or K8, but I have already cought him c-betting with air and that would be nothing new...
I again decided to call.
I was thinking: If I make 2 pairs on river - I have bluff catcher and I call. If I make flush - I have bluffcather (I win almost always) and I have stronger flush if he decides to lead with J hi flush e.g. - which wouldn't surprise me at all... 8 also plays for me (if I play vs AA).
Furthermore - he shoves AI any river as I thought...

river ($61): 9s
board: Kd8d4c3s9s

Villain shoves AI..... // bets $41,5

Hero calls and wins $143 pot with 2 pairs vs Villain's AQT7r.....

PS This could be posted under brags I guess, but not so proud as it was not "standard pattern play".
