My question is whether to barrel turn or not. This is pretty common, we pick up decent equity on the turn, but not enough to happily get it in. One option here is to bet enough to be committed, but I feel like this is not the best choice in a lot of spots. Check/call is even worse imo, as we don't get paid off when we hit and can be bluffed on rivers (such as K). Check/raise could be an option as we might induce (however, Q hits our range pretty good), but then we might get a crying call from something like JT65 which has us 66-33.
What about betting ~1/4 pot? I guess it makes our hand quite transparent and tough to get value if we hit, but we can probably call a raise and might induce a call from him which lets us realize our equity. I'm not really happy though with his line. Any thoughts on this?

That being said, I think your line is fine. Like you said this is a great card for your 3 bet range Im assuming so you need to bet this turn when it does hit your range. VIllain could have lots of other 10x hands along with lots of straight combinations that he has to fold on the turn if he doesn't have hearts. I like the way you played it.
Pre is obv fine. Flop is fine too. Might even go a tad larger given we don't have much of a b/f range on this flop. @ 100bb's the flop sizing you've chosen is giving you really tough to manage turn SPR's.
As played, this is another one of those turn spots where you have that awkward 1.8 SPR. It might be an OK spot to bet like 18-20 w/ our range, just to protect our bet/folding range and to have enough play left on rivers. But, in general I would just pot pretty much everything here and expect it to be +EV. Or, we could have two sizes: pot the middling parts of our range, and bet small w/ the polar ends.
