HU 100PLO, deep vs. LAG

SB: $181.50 (Hero)
BB: $201.65
Villains Stats in this session are SB 72, BB 24, 3bet 52, cbet 7/8 flops in 3bet pots (88%) over 49 hands. Generally very aggressive.
3bet 775r with air as preflop raiser, as pre 3bettor cbet Q54r pot and c/f turn.

Stats over 388 hands: SB 46, BB 32, 3bet 48. 33 raise cbet, 50 raise turn cbet. LAG/spewy.
Preflop ($1.50) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 3 8 9
Hero raises to $3, BB raises to $9, Hero calls $6
Flop ($19.50) T 5 7 (2 Players)
BB bets $12, Hero raises to $37, BB raises to $128.50, Hero folds
Would like to hear your thoughts on raising flop vs. calling.
I raised since I folded to a lot of cbets and only raised pretty strong hands thus far. Furthermore I don't expect to get paid off when a 6 or J hits, plus he can turn another draw when a J hits. The problem is we are deep, so once he 3bets I don't want to put in 180BB with 2nd pair and a open ender. On the other hand, he can only 3bet a very narrow range this deep, namely sets, J98, and T987.
Am I results oriented here as he should 3bet me very rarely? What other lines are there?
Final Pot
BB wins $91.50

The dynamic (you having a tight flop image) is good for bluff-raising, but this is definitely the wrong hand for it.

You have one of those hands that is a perfect calling hand. Too strong to raise-fold, too weak to raise-stack off with.

Just call the flop, call (or raise) every single turn, and make decisions on rivers with the advantage of position.

When considering making a play like this (raise-fold a good/marginal hand), I like to figure out how often I would have to fold the turn and not get to realize my equity if I were to just call flop. This is a hand and a board that allows you to always see the river, which is a terrible situation to waste. We need SOME hands in our flop calling range, so we should include a perfect calling hand like this one.

Thanks Phil, makes perfect sense.
You said you'd call every single turn - I guess the worst turns would be a Q or a K, especially when they bring a flushdraw. Would you still call a large turn bet? I'm wondering, because when turn's a Q/K and we spike a J on the river we are often beat by a better straight or don't get any more value. Same applies when turn brings a FD and river completes a flush and our straight, I'd be very hesitant to call.

You're welcome! And, good follow up question.

I'd still be calling most of those turns against anyone who continues betting often.

Yes, you have some reverse implied odds on K/Q/A turns, especially suited ones, but in addition to your equity, you have position & the ability to bluff very profitably when checked to in most river spots (balanced by the 2pr hands you call twice with or the draws that hit).

Patrick, you said you're playing a very aggressive opponent so if he has constant barreller, you're going to have to make lighter than you're used to call downs or you're just going to get run over.
