I feel like this situation comes up a lot. Should I just start 3-bet fold DS kings here?! If I just call preflop and hit my FD, money goes in anyways I guess, It feels like the cheapest way to get away is to just 3-bet fold them cause people got AAxx here like 90% of the times when they 4-bet, but I still can not fold them, lol! Or what to do???

depens on how nitty the open raiser are. vs unknown id take the same line as you did since you have 1ace blocker. OTF its standard play in my opinion
As you said CO 4b is AAxx overwhelmingly majority of the time but even assuming AAxx 100% of the time I think we're still getting JUST enough pot odds to call the 4b with our hand here.
3.15/10X100 = 31.5%, we've about 34% versus random AAxx and even 31% vs AAds suited to the heart with rags, add in good rundowns then we start to get crushed. Not taking into account implied odds and possibly some Fold Eq on later streets if checked back.
Flop gives us the pot odds to call with the rags and back door flushes, personally I'd be a little bit more fit/fold here but get the feeling that's not the right play.
My .02c :)
