Heads up with open raise villain in small/big blind
For pots where we face a raise close to max open without a bunch of callers to be priced in, how do you form your range for what hands you think can be profitable playing heads up OOP from the blinds and which you should just instafold at any game at any time...
I'm presumptioning that this is going to depend on villain and his stack to stubborn-call-chatter ratio, especially with boom or bust clowner stuff like AT33 suited ace,
