This is a very general question, and one thats technically impossible to answer. When facing a raise in the SB or BB, we must consider, # of opponents, stack sizes, position-relative and absolute, reads, etc. Every time we face a raise, the situation differs from the previous one(for the most past this is 100%, except in HU).

If you have an essential membership watch some videos and listen to how the coaches are justifying their calls and 3 bets from the SB and BB. Tonic is right there are too many variables to list. You want to learn the thought process behind making the decisions not memorise some sort of chart. That is what you need to get better and move up in stakes.

Perhaps use your utg opening range as a baseline, and then expand situationally.
You won't make a good job of doing that without more understanding though, so go study as the above guys mentioned :)
