Getting good foundations in PLO starting from the bottom

Hello! I just started playing PLO5 zoom, comming from NL, which starts to bore me. I was up to NL25, but managed to bust a big part of my roll on tilt. I am currently good at PLO5, i also played PLO10 a few times and imo the difference is not too big. Right now I play a very nitty style (VP24/PF16/3B7) and postflop i just get it in with big draws and nuts. It seems to be enough to just play tight and fold everything but the nuts or nutdraws postflop, but i want to get better at PLO, so i can beat also the bigger stakes later, as i feel, from 25 or 50 aggression goes up a good bit, and it wont be possible anymore to really breat the games by playing nit.
IAre there good video series for starting plo? I see a lot of mid and highstake content but i feel like this is not really useful for me, as the playstyle in the higher stakes is completely different.

Thanks :)
