General question about squeezing doublepairs preflop vs wide ranges

This hand I found is a great example for the spot I'm talking about because:
-BU is a reg who is opening ~50ish (so actually on the tighter side) but you get the point
-SB being a very weak player with 60% VPIP and 21% overall 3bet, so his callingrange is gonna be very weak in general.
Say we face a CO/BU openraise from looser ranges (40++%) and have another player with a weak range calling (that be a BU reg with a high 3bet freq or a recreational player), where do you make the treshold for squeezing your doublepairs when it comes to suits, connectivity and other factors? Also how does your strategy differ here, being in SB or in the BB?
