Folding Aces PF

BN: $274.12
SB: $95.64
BB: $136.31
UTG: $271.25
HJ: $157.02
CO: $206.65
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 4 A Q
UTG folds, HJ raises to $3.04, Hero calls $3.04, BN folds, SB raises to $13.16, BB raises to $45.56, HJ calls $42.52, Hero raises to $195.40, SB calls $82.48, BB calls $90.75, HJ calls $111.46
Should I be folding AA here. I think the initial flat is standard, because my aces are very weak. Once the SB raises I was obviously excited to backraise ship it, but the bb 4bet throws me for a loop. I don't know the player but I expect his range to be very aces heavy. The HJ is a fish, and probably has betwenn 40-60% of hands.

A few equity calcs.

FWIW for the fish, I put in 30% but if you put his range at say 45% it only changes decimals.

I guess the answer seems to be if I am confident he has aces I should fold, otherwise I could flick it in. But I do expect to see aces from either the sb or bb quite often, and it given that I have only 3 dollars invested throwing in 200bbs in such a thin spot is bad in my eyes.
