Fold Wrap to AI on turn?

On the flop I had a really long wrap and there were no flush draws or pairs on board. On the turn I still had 16 outs but obv someone had the lower straight....should i have folded my wrap? This was really early in a $300 guarantee tourney, small field...you might find it easier to watch the hand here
