Flopped nut straight in a heavy draw board

Hi, some advice....
I Think I made a bad call preflop fromSB
Once I flopped the nut straight, what suppose should be my action? I picture myself in a bad shape vs 2 oponents. Should I call and see the turn and proceded in a bricks? or fold?
