Flopped full in 4-way 3bet pot OOP.

Got a bit confused in this 4-way 3bet pot. With so many cold-callers and a somewhat decent hand I figured its an easy call with me ending the action and having good relative position on the flop.
I kind of wonder am I getting a ton of value from weaker hands given I crush the board. Also if I flopped king's full here I'd take it slow hoping someone gets an underfull so I'm not thrilled about pumping in money to the pot as I really wouldn't want to fold (guess I can't fold either), but I also don't want to give cheap cards to say QQxx. Since my opponents aren't all that deep, would it be better to try to get the stacks in and chalk it up as a cooler if if loose, or should we try to milk some smaller value from weaker holdings as I think there are so few weaker hands that want to stack off here 4-way. Its a speed table, so not many reads on my opponents.
I kind of feel that if I donk-pot the turn it would look super strong, but with a smaller bet I'll get trips and maybe even straight draws to peel - which I think is fine as they are drawing dead or super thin.

Preflop is standard. I think flop is fine as well. On the turn, my action would depend a lot on how I view UTG+1 (the 3bettor). A lot of players will make a delayed cbet in this spot with AA/AK, thinking that the other players are unlikely to have trips or better at this point. In that case I will probably go for the turn check-raise.
Betting yourself is obviously fine too, however I would probably bet bigger since I wouldn't want to bet so small if I was bluffing, and that's definitely a spot where we want to be bluffing sometimes. Good bluffing hands would be Kx hands, ideally with a pair - for example KJJT.
So overall I think your line is OK, I would just use a sizing that works better for a polarized betting range like the one we have in that spot.
I would donk flop. We really can't Cr here and if flop goes bet-call villain usually checks back lots of turns. So I would go betbetbet and probably fold if raised
Ty. But is it really a good spot to bluff multiway? BTN only has 2/3 pot left and with so many players I guess we need to bet something like 2/3 pot to not have them call lightly IP. I kind of feel our range for betting here is only 9x+
If I donk, should I ever be folding? Wouldn't it be quite likely that someone would raise us with 9x especially if they have overcards like AQJ9. I'd give the 3bettor some credit for KKxx but yeah I guess KKxx is in the flatting range of my other opponents too, but wouldn't really be looking to make large folds here. I also don't think CR'ing would accomplish much, if villain has AAxx or weak 9's he gets to fold easily.
I dont think 9x is or should be ever raising our donk. If we get raised we only beat bluff. That said its not bad place to turn hand like KJQ into bluff
