Flopped 3 pr - common-ish spot

CO: $10.79 (Hero)
BN: $10.02
SB: $13.85
BB: $9.90
UTG: $20.23
HJ: $38.85
No big reads, other than it's the normal micro table. BTN is 90/14 over 90 hands, has played all but one button at this table. SB is 40/12 with a 2% 3bet, so I assume any raise is AA**. BB is 44/21 over 85 hands and calls pfr in the blinds 60%. In other words, when I open, I know I'm getting action, but I'm happy to against wide ranges, especially if the BTN folds.
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 8 T J
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BN calls $0.30, SB raises to $1.20, BB calls $1.10, Hero calls $0.90, BN calls $0.90
I considered 4betting, but thought that the sb almost certainly had AA** given his stats and my hand will play better multi-way so why not keep everyone in? (I'm behind AA pre no matter how many people are in the pot, but the equity difference between AA and my hand decreases as more people are added to the pot.) Thoughts on this decision? Am I way off base?
Flop ($4.85) 9 J T (4 Players)
SB bets $4, BB folds
The pre-flop 3bettor leads, and here's my big decision. This comes up rarely, but often enough that I thought "Oh, I've flopped 3 pair again. I wonder what the standard play should be?)

No one can have a better 2 pair. Trips are really unlikely. There are no front door flush draws. My 8 gives me an OESD, but not to the nuts, and everyone else has pretty much my straight draw or better. I have great equity against AA, since the board pairing can't give him a better 2 pr because I'd fill up. I have meh equity against a made straight, but with a SPR of about 1 at the moment, it's almost where it needs to be. Head up v. made straight, (78, 8Q, QK) I'm about 32.5%. three way v. made straight and AA**, I'm 30.3%. Heads up v. AA I'm crushing it.

So MY thought here is shove. No matter how many people call, I'm about neutral EV. But if the BTN doesn't have a straight, he has to fold and I'm heads up v. likely AA, which is good. If he does call, it's not exactly profitable, but it's not a disaster.

So does fold equity v. BTN make this a clear shove?
