Flopped 2nd nut FH: best exploitative line?

BB has been extremely loose-passive in a small sample.

At the time, I wondered if this was just slightly too loose for a SB steal, but it can't be too far off.

I decided that—having the Ac blocker and blocking Q and T—villain just can't call often enough for betting to make sense. And I really don't need to protect my hand: there are very few bad runouts for my equity.

I decided to check again (Ac blocker reasons, mostly), but then villain essentially pots it. I was really unsure about how to proceed, so I'm wondering what you fine folks think about maximizing EV from here.
Just to address it: I've been buying in for 40bb lately on purpose. In short, it's just something new I'm trying, but also: I think my opponents (Ignition) make their biggest mistakes on early streets.
As a result, not only is there an (assailable) argument for emphasizing early streets with shorter stack play, but also: I think one of my recurring issues with 100bb+ PLO against the Ignition population was being faced with really difficult (and frankly frustrating) river decisions sometimes due to extremely idiosyncratic ranges being played by an anonymous population.
Anyway: I look forward to your thoughts on this hand (which is the first I've posted in quite a while... looking forward to being more active here again).
