hey, what do i do on the flop here? villain seems like a weak reg to me, i dont have much info yet.


shall i just bet/broke on the flop or b/f or bet the turn when he checks? i think bet/fold will be best here but to be honest, im pretty lost here again.

You shouldn't be bet-calling this flop this deep as you're most likely to be crushed against the villain's raising range. Bet-folding is fine if you think the villain is playing fit or fold. Or you can check and try to get to showdown. Actually when the flop goes check-check, the T on the turn shouldn't add too many hands to villain's range that have you beat. So as played you could consider calling the turn though you might have to face a difficult decision on the river. But giving up on these boards is fine too since you're still going to have a lot of flops you can continue on with this hand. 

Btw, since these hands are PLO100 I think they would be more suited to the low stakes section. :)
