is pre play acceptable? I dont use to call or 3b rainbow hands, but EP is bad and we often flop good (at least seems so, not sure about playability)

we're getting 2.6to1 after bb raise. its dumb to expect him being weak,but not much to rep here.we block top set, others are unlikely +he is aggro and I would include some wraps here. so plan was to call and get it in on 9,T,Q,K,A,8

when its reasonable (if at all) to play rainbow hands after there was open raise in front of us? (I'm not talking about paired\double paired hands)
