Not c-betting this hand is an absolute crime. You flopped huge and the SPR is low enough that you can play this really aggressively. No excuse for checking here imo, it's just sacrificing value.

Crime is probably the proper word to use here.  With a cbet we give the players a chance to semi bluff with a draw that we have crushed.  Even against a set we have decent equity.  Missing cbet puts us in this spot where we are now discussing "as played" and tbh it kind of looks like we have a bare AA or KK type had here.  I also like a small bet here in order to try and get value from stuborn AA, KK, QQ hands (but I feel our AA is pretty face up as played).  However we can bet all three streets with a flop SPR 6.5(vs button less vs HJ)  and be in a spot with <PSB for the river.

More people in the pot the less people are inclined to stab especially as HJ could be x-raising.

Nothing needs to be said about Turn.

Bet river bigger. NS likely jams turns and plenty of bare Jx, QQ, KK, in V range

When value-betting rivers, what we are hoping to get called by should play a greater role in our thought process than how likely it is that we are ahead. Given we are looking to get called by pretty weak hands here, I'm totally fine with a smaller bet.
