Facing Cbet in 3bp....raise sizing question

SB: $200 (Hero)
BB: $200
Preflop ($3.00) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 J 4 8
Hero raises to $5, BB raises to $15, Hero calls $10
Flop ($33.00) 8 2 7 (2 Players)
BB bets $20, Hero raises to $89.50, BB raises to $185, and is all in, Hero calls $95.50, and is all in

Reads: MASSSS Tabling Reg (24 Tables), No history, First hand HU (starting a 6max table)

My question is: should I have a smaller raise size in these spots (meaning semi wet-wet and non-"lockdown" boards)? I feel by just having a flatting range and "shoving" range I am giving my opponents too much information. But on the other hand a smaller raise size would allow opponents to properly realize their equity in a lot of cases (unless my small raise size range was extremely polarized, in which case it would be almost non existent).

What tendencies in my opponents would influence my decision to have a small raise size?

What size to make it? $50, $60?

What hands to include? I don't think I will have trouble coming up with the bluffs to include, but will have more trouble coming up with value hands to include.

Maybe I am overestimating the amount of information I am giving away by flatting. As I will have a well distributed range of holdings/side cards.

Thoughts please

Thanks
