When is it okay to "donk bet" in PLO? Right now, I will often donk bet strong, but vulnerable hands like sets on draw heavy flops. I often donk bet the river when I hit my draw, and the opponent it likely to check back. I balance this by sometime checking my made hands and also bluffing when I have blockers (for example, A-K-J-J on 10-9-2-3-7 with no flush possible).

Please give me some tips on when I can bet against the flow of action because I often hear a lot of people disparaging these sorts of bets, and while I understand that they usually are not good, I want to make sure I use them effectively when I can.
